Terms & Conditions

Rules for using https://www.erratums.com, our free AI tools, and other public services offered by Erratum Solutions. Client projects are covered by separate agreements.

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Erratum Solutions website at https://www.erratums.com and related public features (the "Service"), operated by Erratum Solutions.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Custom software, consulting, or other paid work is subject to separate written contracts, statements of work, and invoices. If those documents conflict with these Terms on project work, the project documents prevail.

2. The Service

The Service is a marketing and information site for Erratum Solutions. It describes our services, portfolio, blog, careers, and contact options. It also includes free AI-assisted tools at /tools and the Erratum AI chat widget.

We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the Service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. Communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter or opt in to updates, we may send you email about Erratum Solutions. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails or by contacting us.

If you contact us by form, email, phone, or WhatsApp, you agree we may reply using the contact details you provide.

4. Free AI tools and chat

Tools and chat features are provided for general information and early planning only. Cost estimates, project reports, portfolio suggestions, and architecture guidance are indicative. They are not quotes, contracts, legal advice, or professional engineering sign-off.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for decisions you make based on outputs.
  • You must not use tools to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content or to probe systems in bad faith.
  • We may require WhatsApp verification, rate-limit use, or block access to protect the Service and other users.
  • We may use AI service providers to process your inputs as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, APIs, or data.
  • Interfere with the Service (malware, scraping at abusive rates, denial-of-service, or similar).
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Erratum Solutions.
  • Harvest personal data from the Service without consent.
  • Use automated means to abuse verification, chat, or tool endpoints.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including text, design, logos, images, code, and tool interfaces, is owned by Erratum Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share links to public pages for personal or business reference. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our materials for commercial reuse without written permission.

You retain rights to content you submit to us (for example in a contact message). You grant us a limited license to use that content to respond, improve our services, and operate the Service. Feedback you provide may be used to improve our products without obligation to you.

7. Third-party links and services

The Service may link to third-party sites (for example app stores, maps, or social networks). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

THIRD-PARTY SITES ARE USED AT YOUR OWN RISK. REVIEW THEIR TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICIES BEFORE YOU USE THEM.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE AND ALL AI OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PROJECT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ERRATUM SOLUTIONS AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PUBLIC SERVICE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100) OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Erratum Solutionsfrom claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of others' rights, except where caused by our intentional misconduct.

11. Age

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

12. Copyright complaints

If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, email us with a detailed notice (your contact details, description of the work, location of the material on our site, and a good-faith statement). We will review and respond as appropriate.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Dubai, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms and the public Service, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The last updated date shows when changes took effect. Your continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
