Ajmal Muhammad P

Founder & Solution Architect

Founder & Solution Architect

From PCB to AI. Complete technology systems, from embedded electronics to enterprise software.

My work spans the entire engineering stack, from embedded controllers and IoT devices to enterprise software, cloud platforms, and AI-powered business systems.

Over the past two decades, I have designed and built connected products, healthcare systems, industrial automation platforms, and custom SaaS applications for startups and established businesses. My approach combines hardware understanding with software architecture to solve real-world operational challenges.

My engineering journey began in school, building electronic circuits and learning from technical magazines. Limited resources taught me to experiment, learn independently, and solve problems creatively, an approach that still shapes my work today.

Founder role

What I Do at Erratum Solutions

As Founder & Solution Architect, I focus primarily on:

  • Architecture and technical direction

  • Client discovery and solution planning

  • AI and enterprise modernization strategy

  • Product design reviews

  • Mentoring the engineering team

Day-to-day implementation is handled collaboratively by our development team, allowing projects to benefit from both architectural oversight and dedicated execution.

An engineer long before the company

A journey from school electronics projects to building software companies.

  1. Origins
  2. Electronics hobby

Built traffic lights, speakers, and small circuits for fun while still in school.

  3. Laser burglar alarm

Designed a laser-and-telephone burglar alarm system at fifteen. Local newspaper and television coverage followed after presenting the project to the media.

  4. Published
  5. Published in Electronics For You

Wrote technical articles for EFY magazine, including an Automatic Phase Changer design later listed among EFY's ten-year selected articles.

  6. Professional
  7. Professional software career

Joined Software Associates as a developer, moving through BlackBerry, iOS, Android, and Delphi.

  8. Enterprise HIS modernization

Played a key architectural role in converting a hospital information system from two-tier Delphi to a three-tier RemObjects architecture.

  9. Enterprise software & connected devices

Worked on global enterprise products at SoftTech (later Cyncly) while designing embedded IoT systems, including EV charging controllers, smart access solutions, and cloud-connected energy monitoring platforms.

  10. Founder
  11. Erratum Solutions Pvt Ltd

Registered in India, built a development team, and moved from freelance work to company-led delivery.

  12. Erratum Solutions FZCO

Expanded internationally with a UAE entity, serving clients across India and the Gulf.

Engineering philosophy

How I approach hard problems

Good software starts by understanding the real problem, not the technology. Whether building embedded controllers, enterprise systems, or AI-powered platforms, my approach has always been the same: simplify complexity, design for reliability, and build solutions that remain maintainable for years.
